
Where do I access my barcode for the door scanner?
After you log in by tapping the "link to member's site" above, you'll tap your Name in the top corner of the screen. Then on the drop down menu, tap "My Barcode" and it will populate on your phone screen. You can scan that barcode at the door scanner, and if your account is in proper standing, the door will unlock for your entry. *This only applies to current members who have already met with gym Staff. New members need to contact staff to set an appointment, where you will be issued a barcode after registering for a membership.*
Current Members: If you have a failed payment on file, the door will not unlock when you scan your barcode. You'll need to contact Gym staff to resolve any failed payment issues that have blocked your barcode. If you need to update your payment method on file, you can do that from your Profile within the Member's Site.
