Below are a few of our most asked questions on text and email, hope these are helpful!

Day Passes

Drop-ins are Not available for non-members. We wish we could help every athlete who is interested in training at our facility, but it's just not possible to accommodate every single person. All of our membership and short term pass options are viewable on our website. The information there is up to date and accurate. Our priority is to serve the needs of our long term committed members, and accommodating the needs of drop-ins detracts from our facility's ability to serve our long term members.

Discounts & Family Membership Options

There are no special discounts for military, first responders, etc.

How to Cancel or Pause Billing

Cancellation: Send your cancellation request via email or text. Please include your name and the date that you would like your gym access to end, if that is "as soon as possible" or on a specific date in the future. 

Pause Billing: If you are traveling for work or have a medical/injury issue, you can request that your monthly billing be paused via email or text. Please include your name and the start date and end date of your requested billing pause. Access barcode will be deactivated during a pause and facility access is not allowed.
