                  Designed " Plug and Play" style, in order to peak for a Strongman/Strongwoman show.   

   Most Strongman shows have 5 events, you will take those events and follow the recomendations of this program and plug them in where it tells you to.   You may have to make some small adjustments but for 98% its Plug and Play.   Ideally you would know how long you need for a "deload" before the show. For most its around 7-10days.  So you would start this program 12 weeks plus your deload before the show.   

 There are 2 deload weeks programed in, where the weekly volume drops to manage fatigue.  They are placed around the 4 week and 8 week mark.
