This program is recomended to individuals getting ready for a Selection,  or some type of endurance event (like an obstacle race).  It has variations of circuits, running, rucking, and strength training.  It is designed to be completed roughly 6 days before your event, to allow recovery time before your event starts.  ** This program is 4 days a week, laid out for 8 weeks**
